If you are not satisfied with your order, you can send it back to us within 14 days. The goods must be in faultless, unworn and unwashed condition and have to be returned in their original packaging. 

You have to organize and pay a return by yourself. Notice that we don't refund any shipping costs. 

Insert the invoice or a copy of the invoice in the parcel and kindly tell us the reason for your return. You will receive the refund with the same payment method that you used for your order as soon as we have received the return.

Lace bodies, tights and swimwear cannot be returned.

If you wish to exchange a product just send it back as stated above and reorder the desired exchange item.

If you have received a defective item, contact us immediately so that we can be sure that the defect did not arise while you were wearing it. In this case we will find a solution together.
